PRINT AND GARMENTS

The images shown on this website are only as a guide. We look at each order individually and print the artwork in a style that we think best suitable. If you require a specific design, you must provide your own finished artwork.


All garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.

We reserve the right not to process any incomplete or incorrect orders. You will be notified by e-mail if your order is incomplete except if the typestyle is missing in which case we will use our choice of typestyle, or if the print colour is missing in which case we may choose a suitable colour.

Due to the heat and pressure used in our processes, we cannot guarantee to match the colours in artwork sent to us. CMYK or RGB colour schemes will not necessarily be adhered to.

We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect printing of artwork supplied as Word Documents or other Microsoft Office applications such as Powerpoint. This is mainly due to font issues. When sending artwork please make sure all fonts are embedded into the image.

If you require a specific font that we do not have, you will need to supply the font or artwork otherwise we will use our closest font available.

The photographs for each item are only shown as a guide. In some instances the item you receive may not exactly match the item shown.

The colours shown are a guide only and actual garment colours may not exactly match the colours shown.

We cannot be held responsible for the quality of Artwork sent in low resolution which may look fine on the screen, but not neccesarily when printed.

We cannot be held responsible for damage to garments caused when washing instructions have not been followed or when they have been tumble dried or washed at temperatures above 40 degrees.  

 

PRICING

All retail prices shown are inclusive of the NEW REDUCED VAT.

The price of printing the garment is determined by the print position. If your printing requirements do match the print position selected, we will print your garment as specified and you will be charged accordingly.

 

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE

Printwear Clothing reserves the right to refuse any orders that it deems in breach of copyright or unsuitable for sale to the General Public.

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to give refunds on garments that have been printed as per your specifications.

In compliance with the Data Protection Act, your details will not be disclosed to any other organisation.

Complaints - we will always do our best to respond to all complaints within five working days.

All errors including incorrect printing, incorrect garments or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery in order that we may rectify any problems in good time.

Why am I being redirected to another web address when I want to buy something ?
# We have chosen to host our site and shop with 1AND1, one of the biggest interenet ISP companies in the world. Not only that they also have some of the best safety and uptodate security messures there is out there. So when we decided to launch our site we put our customers safety 1st and decided to go with the strongest option. In our eyes our customers always come first. So dont be alarmed if you see a different address in the top bar, its just the way 1AND1 have set up their site hosting packages.

How long will it take to do my order ?
# For small orders (up to 10 items) normally around 3 working days, anything larger then it could take 3-10 working days. If you require it quicker then please make this clear when you order online and we will try our best to get it out asap.

How can I pay ?
# We accept all major credit and UK debit cards via the secure online store or over the phone . You can also pay by cheque or postal order payable to Brand 88 Ltd. Please note that your item will only be dispatched once the cheque has been recieved and cleared.

# If we have done it wrong then we will replace it, but we do try and keep in close contact with you while we are manufacturing your product(s) and clear up any issues before it goes to print (spelling /logo/colours etc)

My item hasnt arrived ?
# All our goods are sent with full track and trace facilities so we (or yourself) will be able to trace your package online an see where your it is. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email when your goods leave our warehouse upon request.

Do you offer bulk discount ?
# Although our prices are very competitive we understand people's needs to drive a good bargain so if you're in the mood to haggle then please conact us and let the haggling begin.

Cant find what i want on your website ?
# No problem, email us sales@printwearclothing.co.uk or contact us direct on 01637 877123 and we will see if we can offer what you need or want.

We need a quote to give to our sponsors ?
# Simply email us your requirements and we will raise a quote on full letter headed paper for you to give to your sponsors. click here to submit your questions.
 
Is the NEW VAT included in the price ?
# Yes all our prices as are you see them, VAT is included in the price shown and a full invoice with our VAT details will be sent along with yor goods.

Do you ship abroad ?
# Shipping overseas is very expensive so unless you are prepared to pay the extra costs involved the answer is no, sorry.

Are all your items machine washable ?
# Yes, all our goods are fully machine washable and come with full washing instructions on the label inside the item of clothing.
